Andre Jackson (Pictured), 32, was charged with capital murder on Friday
An Arkansas man was charged Friday in the fatal shooting of an Italian tourist who was found dead in a rental car last week, police said.
Andre Jackson, 32, was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of 31-year-old Carlo Marigliano, a Naples taxi driver who was driving through Arkansas on his way to Arizona.
Marigliano, a married father of two, had been traveling with friends in the US for about a month before he left the group to visit other areas, his family told Little Rock television station KTHV
He was found dead on July 28, in a car that had crashed into an apartment complex in Little Rock.
Police believe Marigliano was shot and then crashed the rented vehicle into the side of one of the apartment buildings.
Police said it's unclear how the two crossed paths or what may have led to the shooting.

Marigliano was considering moving his young family to America before being gunned down on July 28, 2017
Marigliano was hoping to make the US his new home, according to Gianni Sulmonte, a cousin of Marigliano's father.
'It's a shame the place where he wanted to build his family, bring his wife with his children, is the place where it comes to an end,' Sulmonte told KTHV.
Police have also issued a warrant for 31-year-old Charina Fort (pictured) in connection with Marigliano's homicide
Jackson is jailed without bond. It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney.
Little Rock police spokesman Steve Moore told The Associated Press that Jackson wasn't a resident of the Berkley Apartments complex where Marigliano was found dead.
A woman who answered the phone at the complex said management wouldn't be commenting on the case.
Police say they have also issued an active warrant on capital murder charges for 31-year-old Charina Fort in connection with Marigliano's homicide.
'Anyone in contact with Ms. Fort should call 911 immediately,' the warrant says, adding: 'Charina Fort should be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.'
Moore also said that Fort doesn't live at the apartment complex.
