NRL star Jarryd Hayne is hoping to cash in on one of his Sydney property investments that he snapped up for $1.3million in 2013.
The terrace in trendy Paddington, which has a pink theme, has an asking price of $3.25million.

Since his move to new club the Gold Coast Titans, Hayne has been looking to offload some of his Sydney properties. On top of this he purchased a home for his mother in Umina.
Hayne, who played 176 games for Parramatta Eels before joining American Football side the San Francisco 49ers last year, has been putting together a property portfolio in recent years.
As well as the $1.3m he spent on his pink Paddington pad he also purchased a terrace in Darlinghurst costing $1.5m in 2013.
